| CFB members are covered by a $1000 Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment (GADD) Policy. The first name listed on the membership is the individual covered by the policy. The policy provides a $1000 benefit to the beneficiaries of the primary member upon accidental death or pro-rated amounts for loss of eye sight, hand or foot.
